Research on the Influence Factors and Path of Strategic Scientists Growth

本研究聚焦战略科学家成长影响因素与路径问题,基于71位战略科学家中资料较完整的10位的文本数据,运用扎根理论构建“SFSOS”成长影响因素模型,并进一步使用文本挖掘法分阶段量化主范畴和副范畴对战略科学家成长的贡献度,探究其成长路径。研究发现:①在社会引导、组织支撑、学校培育、家庭支持的“四好”环境驱动下,个体自身素质得到极大提高,最终成长为成熟的战略科学家;②社会引导从成长期开始始终是最突出的影响因素,并且贡献度远超其他主范畴,相较于其他主范畴,学校培育在学习期的影响作用最显著,之后呈现下降趋势,但始终发挥作用,组织支撑的影响作用在成长期达到巅峰,仅次于社会引导,家庭支持呈现先降后平趋势,自身素质的贡献度在各成长阶段有轻微波动。

This paper focuses on the influence factors and path of strategic scientists growth.Based on the text data of 10 of 71 strategic scientists with more complete information,this paper uses the grounded theory to build the“SFSOS”growth influencing factor model,and further uses the text mining method to quantify the contribution of the main category and subcategory to strategic scientists growth in stages to explore their growth path.The research findings are as follows.①Driven by the four good environment of social guidance,organizational support,school cultivation and family support,the individual s own quality has been greatly improved,and eventually become a mature strategic scientist.②Social guidance has always been the most prominent influencing factor from the beginning of the growth period,and its contribution is far greater than other main categories;Compared with other main categories,school cultivation plays the most significant role in the learning period,and then shows a downward trend,but always plays a role;The influence of organizational support reaches its peak in the growth period,and is second only to social guidance;Family support showed a trend of decreasing first and then leveling off;The contribution of one s own quality fluctuates slightly in each growth stage.
