摘要
本研究以采自云南省保山市隆阳区的九香虫Aspongonpus chinensis为试验对象,选取葫芦科的佛手瓜Sechium edule和苦瓜Momordica charantia两种植物的果实为原料配制饲料,进行九香虫的室内人工饲养观察,对比筛选出饲养效果最佳的饲料,为九香虫的规模化养殖提供基础参考依据。结果表明,饲喂含添加剂的佛手瓜饲料显著降低了九香虫存活时间和成虫体长,而对九香虫若虫死亡率和取食率、成虫体宽和体重等无显著影响。饲喂含添加剂的苦瓜饲料导致九香虫若虫死亡率显著更高,九香虫存活时间、成虫体长和体重显著更低,而对若虫取食率和成虫体宽无显著影响。与佛手瓜饲料相比,饲喂苦瓜饲料若虫的死亡率显著更高,饲喂含添加剂的苦瓜饲料的死亡率甚至高达73%。与苦瓜饲料相比,饲喂佛手瓜饲料若虫取食率和存活时间显著更高,饲喂无添加剂佛手瓜饲料的若虫取食率最高,达41%,存活时间最长,达12.33 d。成虫体长、体宽和体重在两类饲料间差异均不显著。双因素方差分析表明,瓜种和添加剂两个因素对九香虫的生长发育和成虫体重等各指标不存在交互效应。研究发现,无添加剂佛手瓜饲料具有最佳的饲养效果,可作为九香虫规模化养殖的候选饲料。
In this study,the species of Aspongonpus chinensis collected from Longyang district of Baoshan City was chosen as the experimental object,and the fruits of Sechium edule and Momordica charantia in the Cucurbitaceae was selected as raw materials for the diets of A.chinensis,and the artificial feeding effects was observed to select the best culture diets,which would provide the basic reference for the large-scale aritificial culture of A.chinensis.The results showed that the survival time and body length cultured with additives of S.edule were reduced significantly,but there were no significant effects on nymphs mortality and feeding rate,adult body width and body weight.The mortality rate of nymphs were significantly higher,and the survival time,adult body length and body weight of A.chinensis were lower than those fed without additives of M.charantia,there were no significant effects on nymphs feeding rate and adult body width between the two kinds of diets with and without additives of M.charantia.Compared to the diets of S.edule,the mortality rate of nymphs fed with M.charantia was significantly higher than those fed with the diets of S.edule,and the highest mortality rate fed with additives of M.charantia was up to 73%.Compared to the diets of M.charantia,the feeding rate and survival time of nymphs fed with the diets of S.edule were significantly higher than those fed with the diets of M.charantia,and the highest feeding rate and survival time of nymphs fed without additives of S.edule were 41%and 12.33 days.There were no significant differences in adult body length,body width and body weight between the diets of S.edule and M.charantia.Two-factor analysis of variance showed that the two factors of gourd plant species and additives had no interaction effect on growth and development and adult body weight.It was found that the diets without additives of S.edule had the best feeding effect and could be an ideal diet for the large-scale culture of the A.chinensis.
