摘要
目的探讨分析超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合毫火针点刺治疗结节囊肿型痤疮的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年3月于郑州缔莱美医疗美容医院收治的结节囊肿型痤疮85例,均接受超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合毫火针点刺治疗。结果患者治疗总有效率为97.65%(83/85)。治疗后患者结节、囊肿、质地、颜色、肿痛评分较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后患者皮肤黏着蛋白质含量、经皮水分丢失量较治疗前降低,角质层含水量较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者治疗满意度为96.47%(82/85)。结论超脉冲二氧化碳点阵激光联合毫火针点刺治疗结节囊肿型痤疮效果确切,可促进患者症状、皮肤屏障功能改善,患者满意度高。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect of ultra pulsed CO2 lattice laser combined with fifiliform needle needling in the treatment of nodular cystic acne.Methods A total of 85 patients with nodular cystic acne treated in Zhengzhou Dilaimei Medical Beauty Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected,and they were treated with ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with milli fifire needle pricking.Results The total effective rate was 97.65%(83/85).After treatment,the scores of nodules,cysts,texture,color,swelling and pain of patients were lower than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).After treatment,the skin desmoplakin content and transcutaneous water loss of patients were lower than those before treatment,while the water content of stratum corneum was higher than that before treatment,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Patients'satisfaction with treatment was 96.47%(82/85).Conclusions The effect of ultra pulsed CO2 dot matrix laser combined with millififire needle pricking in the treatment of nodular cystic acne is exact,which can promote the improvement of patients'symptoms and skin barrier function,and the patients'satisfaction is high.
