氨甲环酸联合非交联透明质酸皮内注射治疗黄褐斑的应用效果

Effect of tranexamic acid in combination with intradermal injection of non-cross hyaluronic acid in the treatment of melasma

目的观察氨甲环酸联合非交联透明质酸皮内注射治疗黄褐斑的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月于广东省妇幼保健院进行就诊的黄褐斑患者145例,按照治疗方法不同将其分为注射组(n=46),口服组(n=50),联合组(n=49),注射组采用非交联透明质酸进行治疗,口服组采用口服氨甲环酸进行治疗,联合组采用氨甲环酸联合非交联透明质酸皮内注射进行治疗,比较三组患者治疗疗效、脸部黄褐斑的严重程度、脸部色斑分布情况以及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后,联合组患者基本痊愈率高于注射组和口服组患者(P<0.05),联合组效果优于注射组和口服组(P<0.05),三组患者的色斑分布情况均较治疗前改善(P<0.05),且联合组效果优于注射组和口服组(P<0.05)。三组患者的总发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论氨甲环酸口服联合非交联透明质酸皮内注射治疗能更有效地改善患者面部的黄褐斑的严重程度及其分布情况,且其疗效显著,无额外的不良反应发生,可广泛使用。

Objective To observe the application effect of tranexamic acid combined with non cross linked hyaluronic acid intradermal injection in the treatment of melasma.Methods A total of 145 patients with Melasma who visited the hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected divided into injection group(n=46),oral group(n=50),combined group(n=49)according to the different treatment.The injection group was treated with non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid,oral group was treated with oral tranexamic acid,and combined group was treated with oral tranexamic acid in combination with non-cross hyaronic acid.The treatment effificacy,the severity of facial melasma,the distribution of facial pigmentation,and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the basic recovery rate of the combined group was signifificantly higher than that of the injection group and the oral group(P<0.05),the effect of the combined group was signifificantly better than that of the injection group and the oral group(P<0.05),and the distribution of pigmentation in all three groups of patients was signifificantly improved than that before treatment(P<0.05).There was no signifificant statistical signifificance in the total incidence among the three groups(P<0.05).Conclusions Oral administration of tranexamic acid in combination with injection of non-crosslinked hyarosulloranic acid can effectively improve the and severity distribution of melasma on the patient's face,and its therapeutic effect is signifificant without additional adverse reactions,making it widely applicable.
