正畸微型种植体治疗安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形的临床效果

Clinical effects of orthodontic mini implants in the treatment of ClassⅡmalocclusion

目的探讨安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者采用正畸微型种植体治疗的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年11月濮阳市第三人民医院收治的108例安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者作为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分成研究组与对照组各54例。对照组患者采用口外弓加强支抗正畸治疗,研究组患者在此基础上联合微型种植体辅助正畸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、牙周指标、牙齿相关指标、咀嚼功能、口腔健康。结果研究组患者总有效率96.30%,高于对照组83.33%;治疗后牙周袋深度、附着丧失、龈沟出血指数、菌斑指数均低于对照组,Ptm-U6、Apg-U1缩小较对照组更显著,咀嚼效率、咬合力高于对照组;OHIP-14评分低于对照组。上述指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者采用微型种植体辅助正畸治疗,能够提高临床疗效,改善牙周指标、牙齿相关指标、咀嚼功能以及口腔健康。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of orthodontic micro implant treatment for patients with ClassⅡmalocclusion.Methods One hundred and eight patients with ClassⅡmalocclusion admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Puyang City from January 2021 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into a study group and a control group,with 54 patients in each group,based on different treatment methods.The control group patients received orthodontic treatment with intraoral arch strengthening anchorage,while the study group patients received combined orthodontic treatment with mini implants on this basis.Compare the clinical effificacy,periodontal indicators,dental related indicators,chewing function,and oral health between two groups of patients.Results The total effective rate of the study group patients was 96.30%,which was higher than the control group's 83.33%;After treatment,the depth of periodontal pocket,attachment loss,gingival bleeding index,and plaque index were all lower than those in the control group.Ptm-U6 and Apg-U1 showed more signifificant shrinkage compared to the control group,and chewing effificiency and bite force were higher than those in the control group;The OHIP-14 score was lower than that of the control group.The differences in the above indicators were statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Micro implant assisted orthodontic treatment for patients with ClassⅡmalocclusion can improve clinical efficacy,periodontal indicators,dental related indicators,chewing function,and oral health.
