硅橡胶导板在口腔美学修复中的应用

Application of silicone rubber guide plate in oral aesthetic restoration

目的探讨硅橡胶导板在口腔美学修复中的应用价值。方法选择2020年1月至2024年5月于焦煤集团中央医院就诊的110例前牙全冠美学修复的患者作为研究对象,其中对照组55例患者采用传统光固化复合树脂进行辅助修复,硅橡胶组55例患者采用硅橡胶导板进行辅助修复,比较两组患者的修复效果。结果硅橡胶组患者修复3个月后的成功率为98.18%,高于对照组85.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。硅橡胶组患者修复3个月后的牙龈指数、菌斑指数低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。硅橡胶组患者修复3个月后的前牙松动度0度49例、Ⅰ度5例、Ⅱ度1例、Ⅲ度0例,优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硅橡胶导板能提高口腔美学修复患者的修复成功率,降低患牙龈指数、菌斑指数,降低前牙松动度。

Objective To explore the application value of silicone rubber guide plates in oral aesthetic restoration.Methods A total of 110 patients who underwent full crown aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth at The Central Hospital of Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Co.,Ltd from January 2020 to May 2024 were selected as the research subjects.Among them,the control group of 55 patients used traditional light cured composite resin for auxiliary restoration,and the silicone rubber group of 55 patients used silicone rubber guide plates for auxiliary restoration.The restoration effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The success rate of the silicone rubber group after 3 months of repair was 98.18%,which was higher than the control group's 85.45%,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).The gingival index and plaque index of patients in the silicone rubber group after 3 months of repair were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).After 3 months of restoration,the silicone rubber group had 49 cases of anterior tooth looseness of 0 degrees,5 cases of Ⅰ degrees,1 case of Ⅱ degrees,and 0 case of Ⅲ degrees,which were better than the control group and the difference was statistically signifificant(P<0.05).Conclusions Silicone rubber guide plates can improve the success rate of oral aesthetic restoration in patients,reduce gingival index and plaque index,and decrease anterior tooth looseness.
