复合树脂直接粘接技术用于前牙美学修复的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of composite resin direct bonding technique in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth

目的探讨复合树脂直接粘接技术在前牙美学修复中的应用效果。方法以2022年6月至2024年1月在安徽医科大学附属巢湖医院行前牙美学修复的54例患者为研究对象,所有患者均采用复合树脂直接粘接技术进行修复。统计前牙美学修复成功率,并分析失败原因。结果随访结果显示54例患者中有50例修复成功,修复成功率为92.59%。4例修复失败,失败率为7.41%,其中树脂脱落2例,树脂变色1例,边缘不密合1例。结论复合树脂直接粘接技术用于前牙美学修复中可取得较好的临床疗效,可有效恢复前牙结构、功能和美观程度。

Objective To explore the application effect of composite resin direct bonding technique in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth.Methods A total of 54 patients who underwent aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth in Chaohu Hospital affifiliated to Anhui Medical University from June 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,all patients were repaired by composite resin direct bonding technology.The success rate of aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth was analyzed and the failure reasons were analyzed.Results The follow-up results showed that 50 out of 54 patients were successfully repaired,with a success rate of 92.59%.The repair failed in 4 cases,the failure rate was 7.41%,including resin shedding in 2 cases,resin discoloration in 1 case,and untight edge in 1 case.Conclusions The composite resin direct bonding technique can obtain good clinical effect in the aesthetic restoration of the anterior teeth,and can effectively restore the structure,function and aesthetics of the anterior teeth.
