外阴激光治疗联合皮内缝合对会阴侧切术后的治疗及护理效果

Effect of laser treatment of vulva combined with intradermal suture on treatment and nursing of patients after lateral perineal resection

目的探讨外阴激光治疗联合皮内缝合对会阴侧切术后产妇的治疗及护理效果。方法选取2020年1月至2023年1月河南省人民医院收治的99例会阴侧切术进行生产的产妇,按治疗方式不同分为2组,对照组49例产妇,行传统缝合方式,观察组50例产妇,行改良皮内缝合联合激光外阴整形治疗,对比两组产妇疼痛程度、围术期指标、美容效果及并发症发生情况。结果观察组产妇缝合疼痛程度显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组出血量、术后缝合时间、下床活动时间及住院费用等围术期指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组美容总有效率96.00%显著高于对照组81.63%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组切口疼痛、感染、开裂、排异等并发症总发生率6.00%显著低于对照组16.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论外阴激光治疗联合皮内缝合对会阴侧切术后产妇治疗及护理效果显著,可有效缓解产妇疼痛感,获取较好的美容效果,同时减少并发症发生率,可在临床推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of laser treatment combined with intradermal suture on the treatment and nursing of patients after lateral perineal resection.Methods A total of 99 patients with lateral episiotomy treated in Henan Provincial People's Hospital from January 2019 to January 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method.The control group received traditional suture(n=49),and the observation group received improved intradermal suture combined with laser vulvoplasty(n=50).The pain degree,perioperative indexes,cosmetic effects and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The degree of suture pain in the observation group was signifificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).;After nursing,perioperative indexes such as blood loss,postoperative suture time,getting out of bed time and hospitalization cost in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was signifificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total incidence of incision pain,infection,cracking and rejection in the observation group was signifificantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Vulva laser therapy combined with intradermal suture has a signifificant effect on the treatment and nursing of patients after lateral episiotomy,which can effectively relieve the pain of patients,obtain better cosmetic results,and reduce the occurrence of complications,so it can be widely used in clinic.
