近年来,二氧化碳点阵激光单独应用或与其他治疗方式联合应用治疗痤疮的疗效确切,同时能减少油脂分泌、收缩毛孔等,临床疗效持久、稳定,不良反应少,成为痤疮治疗的一种新手段,具有良好的应用前景。本文就近年来国内关于二氧化碳点阵激光在痤疮治疗中的应用和作用机制做一概述,为临床治疗提供可靠的参考,进一步指导临床诊疗工作。

In recent years,carbon dioxide lattice laser alone or combined with other treatment methods has a defifinite effect on acne,and can reduce oil secretion,shrink pores,etc.The clinical effect is durable,stable,and less adverse reactions.It has become a new means of acne treatment and has a good application prospect.This paper reviews the application and mechanism of carbon dioxide lattice laser in acne treatment in recent years,providing a reliable reference for clinical treatment and further guiding clinical practice.
