摘要
劳动是深化儿童学习、促进儿童全面成人的重要手段,是儿童认识世界和改造世界的重要方法。幼儿园劳动课程建设应以赋能幼儿成长为目标,以幼儿生活为基础,通过内容和场域的拓展来提升幼儿对劳动的参与水平。劳动课程的组织应关注幼儿劳动经验的全链条发展和个性化发展,通过赋予幼儿不同劳动角色、建构全方位的劳动支持体系、拓展幼儿劳动场域等方式提升劳动课程实施水平。
Labor is an important means to deepen children's learning,promote children to become fully adult,and is an important way for children to understand and transform the world.The construction of kindergarten labor curriculum should aim at empowering children's growth,take children's life as the basis,and improve children's participation in labor through the expansion of content and field.The organization of labor curriculum should pay attention to the whole chain development and personalized development of children's labor experience,and improve the implementation level of labor curriculum by endowing children with different labor roles,constructing a comprehensive labor support system,and expanding the field of children's labor.
