基于“四时之病,以其胜治之愈也”论治季节性过敏性鼻炎

摘要 “四时之病,以其胜治之愈也”理论认为季节性疾病可以用五行相胜的原则施治。季节性过敏性鼻炎主要症状为鼻塞、鼻痒、流涕、打喷嚏等,发病常呈季节性,尤其在春季多见,属四时之病。季节性过敏性鼻炎因春季肝木升发太过导致,金克木,故治疗上可依据肺-肝“五行相胜”原则,以经方小青龙汤为例,强肺以克肝木升发太过,以期为中医治疗季节性过敏性鼻炎提供新的思路。 The theory of"seasonal diseases being addressed by its corresponding restricted phases"originates from the chapter Mai Wei Jing Yao Lun in the Plain Questions.It is believed that seasonal diseases can be treated by upholding the principle of counter-restriction of the five phases.Seasonal allergic rhinitis(SAR),also known as"hay fever",is characterized by nasal congestion,itching,runny nose,sneezing,and other symptoms.As a seasonal disease,it occurs mostly in spring.SAR is believed to be caused by the hyperactivity of descending and dredging in the liver(wood phase)in spring.As the metal phase is known to be able to counter-restrict the wood phase,following the principle of"mutual restriction of the lung(metal phase)and the liver(wood phase)",seasonal allergic rhinitis is supposed to be treated by strengthening the function of the lung with medicines that are acrid in flavor and warm in nature.Taking the Xiaoqinglong Decoction as an example,this paper explores the theory of"seasonal diseases being addressed by its corresponding restricted phases"in the treatment of seasonal allergic rhinitis,expecting to provide new ideas for the treatment of the disease in traditional Chinese medicine.
