摘要
制备了一种由乳化剂1831和乳化剂AEO-9、丙烯酸异辛酯、苯乙烯、丙烯酸缩水甘油酯和引发剂V50组成的丙烯酸树脂乳液防水剂。研究了乳化剂总用量、乳化剂1831与乳化剂AEO-9的比例对丙烯酸树脂乳液的粒度分布、防水性能和形貌结构的影响,并通过粒度仪、接触角测试仪、扫描电镜和红外光谱对制备的丙烯酸树脂乳液进行表征,同时对丙烯酸树脂乳液的机械稳定性、稀释稳定性和耐钙离子稳定性进行研究。结果表明:乳化剂总量占单体总量的1.35%、乳化剂1831和AEO-9配比为2∶1时制得的丙烯酸树脂乳液具有较佳稳定性、较小粒径及分布,对纸张进行防水处理,在120℃烘5 min时测得有最大接触角,同时具有较好的机械稳定性、稀释稳定性和耐钙离子稳定性。
An acrylic resin emulsion waterproofing agent was prepared from emulsifier 1831,emulsifier AEO-9,isooctyl acrylate,styrene,glycidyl acrylate and initiator V50.The effect of total amount of emulsifier,the ratio of emulsifier 1831 to AEO-9 on the particle size distribution,water resistance and morphology of acrylic resin emulsion were investigated,and the acrylic resin emulsion was characterized by particle size analyzer,contact angle tester,scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum.At the same time,the mechanical stability,dilution stability and calcium ion stability of acrylic resin emulsion were studied.The results showed that when the total emulsifier accounted for 1.35%of the total monomer,and the ratio of emulsifier 1831 and AEO-9 was 2∶1,the acrylic resin emulsion had better stability,smaller particle size and distribution.The maximum contact angle on paper was obtained after waterproof treatment at 120℃for 5 min,and the results showed good mechanical stability,dilution stability and calcium ion resistance.
