Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)的制备及光催化性能研究

摘要 研究了Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)的配比、反应温度、反应时间等因素对Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)的性能的影响;确定Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)磁性复合光催化剂的制备条件。采用自制的Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)磁性复合光催化剂对亚甲基蓝废水进行光催化实验研究。结果表明:Fe_(3)O_(4)与TiO_(2)配比为1∶16、反应温度为80℃、反应时间为3 h,在此条件下制备出的Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)磁性复合光催化剂性能较优。当Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2)磁性复合光催化剂的投加量为0.20 mg·mL^(-1)、亚甲基蓝溶液pH为中性、紫外灯距离为12 cm、光照时间为2 h时,去除率可达91.6%。 The effect of the ratio of Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2),reaction temperature and reaction time on the performance of Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2) was investigated to determine the preparation conditions of Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2) magnetic composite photocatalyst.A photocatalytic experiment was conducted on methylene blue wastewater using a self-made Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2) magnetic composite photocatalyst.The results showed that the Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2) magnetic composite photocatalyst prepared under the conditions of the ratio of 1∶16,reaction temperature of 80℃,and reaction time of 3 h exhibited superior performance.When dosage of Fe_(3)O_(4)/TiO_(2) magnetic composite photocatalyst was 0.2 mg·mL^(-1),the pH of methylene blue solution was neutral,the UV lamp distance was 12 cm,and the illumination time was 2 h,the removal rate could reach 91.6%.
