摘要
为解决棉织物在生活中易受污染问题,将纳米银沉积在棉织物表面,同时结合十二烷基硫醇修饰,制备出具有优异耐污性的超疏水棉织物。分别采用扫描电子显微镜、接触角测定仪对超疏水棉织物的表面微观结构、疏水性进行了表征和测定。结果表明:超疏水棉织物表面修饰了一层银的不规则微纳米结构,而表面接触角达到156°,显示出优异的超疏水性。同时,耐污抗菌实验结果表明其具有优异的耐污性和抗菌效果,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌抑菌率均在92%及以上。稳定性实验结果表明,在经过不同的磨损后其表面的疏水性和耐污性无较大变化,且具有一定的抗酸碱的能力。
In order to solve the problem that cotton fabric is easy to be polluted in daily life,nano silver was deposited on the surface of cotton fabric,combined with dodecyl mercaptan modification,the super hydrophobic cotton fabric with excellent stain resistance was prepared.The surface microstructure and hydrophobicity of super hydrophobic cotton fabric were characterized and measured by scanning electron microscope and contact angle tester.The results showed that the surface of the superhydrophobic cotton fabric was modified with a layer of irregular micro and nano structure of silver,and the surface contact angle reached 156°,showing excellent superhydrophobicity.At the same time,the anti-fouling experiment results showed excellent anti-fouling and anti-bacterial effect,and the antibacterial rates of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 92%or above.In addition,the stability experiment results showed that the hydrophobicity and stain resistance of the surface did not change greatly after different wear,and it had a certain ability to resist acid and alkali.
