一种高吸水性树脂的制备及性能研究

摘要 为了提升高吸水性树脂的吸收速度和加压吸收倍率,以丙烯酸为聚合单体,三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯为交联剂,过硫酸钾和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为添加剂,丁二醇二缩水甘油醚为表面处理液,采用水溶液聚合法合成了高吸水性树脂。通过电镜对高吸水性树脂的颗粒形态进行了表征,研究了聚合单体用量,交联剂用量,引发剂用量,添加剂用量,表面处理液用量等对高吸水性树脂吸收速度和加压吸收倍率的影响。结果表明,合成最佳条件为丙烯酸用量为300 g,交联剂用量为3.6 g,引发剂用量为0.9 g,添加剂用量为0.2 g,表面处理液用量为1.5 g,此条件下制备的高吸水性树脂具有快的吸收速度和高的加压吸收倍率,吸收速度为8 s,加压吸收倍率为32 g·g^(-1)。 In order to improve the absorption rate and pressure absorption rate of high water absorbent resin,taking acrylic acid as the polymerization monomer,trimethylolpropane triacrylate as the crosslinking agent,potassium persulfate and sodium bisulfite as initiators,sodium dodecyl sulfate as an additive,and butanediol diglycidyl ether as the surface treatment solution,high water absorbent resin was synthesized through aqueous solution polymerization.The particle morphology of high water absorbent resin was characterized by electron microscopy,and the effects of monomer dosage,crosslinking agent dosage,initiator dosage,additive dosage,and surface treatment solution dosage on the absorption rate and pressure absorption rate of high water absorbent resin were studied.The results showed that the optimal synthesis conditions were as follows:acrylic acid 300 g,crosslinking agent 3.6 g,initiator 0.9 g,additive 0.2 g,and surface treatment solution 1.5 g.Under these conditions,the prepared superabsorbent resin had a fast absorption rate and high pressure absorption rate,with an absorption rate of 8 s and a pressure absorption rate of 32 g·g^(-1).
