基于计算流体动力学的矿热炉水冷型烟道模拟研究

摘要 为了研究镍铁冶炼矿热炉水冷型烟道中的烟气流动特性,利用FLUENT对矿热炉水冷型烟道内烟气沉积行为进行模拟。采用RNG k-ε湍流模型计算了流场和传热。同时,采用DPM模型,并考虑了Grant和Tabakoff颗粒反弹模型及JKR理论,建立了颗粒沉积的判断准则,分析了炉气颗粒在碰撞过程中的受力情况及其运动轨迹。 In order to study the flow characteristics of flue gas in water-cooled flue in submerged arc furnace,FLUENT was used to simulate the behavior of flue gas particle deposition in the water-cooled flue of submerged arc furnace.The RNG k-εturbulence model was used to calculate the flow field and heat transfer.At the same time,using DPM model,considering Grant and Tabakoff particle rebound model and JKR theory,the judgment criterion of particle deposition was established,and the stress and motion trajectory of furnace gas particles in the collision process were analyzed.
