甲基氯化物精馏提纯过程的Aspen模拟

摘要 针对三氯硫磷液碱两步法产生的甲基氯化物,结合各组分物性特点及分离要求,建立了甲基氯化物负压双塔精馏提纯工艺,并采用Aspen软件完成工艺模拟。以理论板数、进料位置、回流比、塔顶采出量为自变量,以脱轻塔塔底甲基二氯化物质量流量、脱重塔塔顶各组分质量分数为因变量,完成脱轻塔和脱重塔的灵敏度分析,优化了工艺设计运行参数。优化后的精馏提纯工艺能够很好地实现提纯要求,甲基氯化物、硫代三甲酯、甲基二氯化物质量分数分别为99.04%、0.67%、0.29%,且甲基氯化物收率达到97%。 Aiming at the production of methyl chloride mixture from liquid alkali of phosphorus trichloride by two-step method,combined with the physical characteristics and separation requirements of each component,the purification process of methyl chloride by negative pressure double tower distillation was established,and the process simulation was completed by Aspen software.Taking the theoretical plate number,feed position,reflux ratio and tower top yield as independent variables,and the mass flow of methyl dichloride at the bottom of the light-removing tower and the mass fraction of components at the top of the heavy-removing tower as dependent variables,the sensitivity analysis of the light component removing tower and the heavy component removing tower was completed,and the process design and operation parameters were optimized.The optimized distillation process could achieve the purification requirements,the mass fractions of methyl chloride,trimethyl thiosulfate,methyl dichloride in purified product were 99.04%,0.67%and 0.29%,respectively.The yield of methyl chloride reached 97%.
