威远地区页岩气压裂返排液水质特征及化学絮凝处理技术研究

摘要 研究了威远地区页岩气压裂返排液的水质特征,并探讨了化学絮凝处理技术在处理该类废水中的应用。通过对威远地区页岩气压裂返排液样品的采集和分析,发现其中含有高浓度的悬浮颗粒物、油脂和重金属等污染物质。因此,采用化学絮凝处理技术能够有效地去除这些污染物,使得返排液水质符合国家环保标准。实验结果表明,采用FECL3和PFECL3作为絮凝剂的组合处理方法,能够显著提高废水的处理效果。 The water quality characteristics of shale gas fracturing backflow fluid in the Weiyuan area were studied,and the use of chemical flocculation treatment technology in this type of sewage treatment was discussed.Through the collection and analysis of shale gas fracturing backflow samples in Weiyuan area,it was found that it contained high mass concentration of suspended particulate matter,grease and heavy metals and other pollutants.Therefore,the use of chemical flocculation treatment technology can effectively remove these pollutants,so that the water quality of the backflow fluid meets the national environmental protection standards.The experimental results showed that the combined treatment method of FECL3 and PFECL3 as flocculant could significantly improve the treatment effect of wastewater.
