摘要
介绍利用废催化剂综合利用过程中产生的副产物含铝尾液研制出液体聚合氯化铝,用于污水处理装置。该工艺使附加值低的含铝尾液得到有效利用,产品质量稳定,达到国家标准,且制备工艺可靠,生产成本低。经过小试及工业放大对工业含油污水样品进行净水效果评价实验,结果表明净化水含磷量和氨氮等参数以及外观均满足了工业污水的净化要求,小试与工业产品污水净化效果均等同或高于参比剂,应用前景好。
The development of liquid polyaluminum chloride for sewage treatment plant by using aluminum-containing tail liquid as a by-product produced in the process of comprehensive utilization of waste catalyst was introduced.The process can effectively utilize the aluminum-containing tail liquid with low added value,and the product quality is stable,reaching the national standard,and the preparation process is reliable and the production cost is low.After small-scale test and industrial scale-up,the water purification effect of industrial oily sewage samples was evaluated.The results showed that the parameters and appearance of the purified water met the purification requirements of industrial sewage,and the sewage purification effect of small-scale test and industrial products was equal to or higher than that of reference agent,which had a good application prospect.
