摘要
以工业生产丁二酸酐产品及中间控制过程的主要杂质四氢呋喃(THF)、顺丁烯二酸酐(MA)、γ-丁内酯(GBL)为研究对象,对丁二酸酐产品及中控过程主要杂质的检测方法进行研究。通过实验筛选了合适的溶剂(内标物),引入各组分校正因子,确定了使用气相色谱搭配HP-5毛细色谱柱和FID检测器检测丁二酸酐的产品含量及其中主要杂质的方法条件,并对方法的重复性和准确性进行验证。结果表明:该方法检测快捷、结果准确,适合丁二酸酐工业生产中的产品质量把控和生产过程中产物的检测。
Taking tetrahydrofuran(THF),maleic anhydride(MA)andγ-butyrolactone(GBL)as the research objects,the detection methods of succinic anhydride product and main impurities in the intermediate control process were studied.The suitable solvent(internal standard)was screened through experiments,and the correction factors of each component were introduced.The method conditions for detecting the product content and main impurities of succinic anhydride by gas chromatography with HP-5 capillary column and FID detector were determined,and the repeatability and accuracy of the method were verified.The results show that this method is fast and accurate,and it is suitable for product quality control in industrial production of succinic anhydride and product detection in production process.
