能谷G-1#办公楼设计关键问题研究

摘要 能谷G-1#办公楼属于B级高度的高层建筑,塔楼在2层楼面结构有较大面积的缺失,存在穿层柱、楼板不连续等不规则情况,塔楼在位于地下室顶板的嵌固端验算不满足规范要求,并且在塔楼北侧的地下室顶板存在下沉式广场。文章对上述关键问题进行了分析,同时提出应对方法。将2层楼面结构视为夹层,采用底部两层合并的并层模型与分层模型计算结构指标和配筋,按不利结果进行包络;参照非穿层柱的最大剪力,放大穿层柱的地震剪力;对楼板不连续的位置进行楼板应力分析,增加楼板厚度及配筋;按照地上1层竖向构件的实际层高,对嵌固端重新判别,可满足规范要求,并对下沉式广场周边的楼板进行应力分析。分析结果表明,该结构在采取以上设计措施后满足规范要求,安全可靠。 Nenggu G-1#office building is a high-rise building with B-level height.There is a large area of missing structure on the second floor of the tower,and there are irregular conditions such as through-floor columns and discontinuous floor slabs.The fixed-end of the tower on the basement roof does not meet the requirements of the code,and there is a sunken square on the basement roof on the north side of the tower.This paper analyzes the above key problems and puts forward some countermeasures.The second-floor structure is regarded as the interlayer,and the structural index and reinforcement are calculated using the combined layer model and the layered model of the bottom two layers.According to the maximum shear force of the column not passing through the floor,the seismic shear force of the column passing through the floor is amplified.The floor stress analysis is carried out at the discontinuous position of the floor,and the thickness and reinforcement of the floor are increased.According to the actual floor height of the vertical member of the ground floor,the fixed-end is re-judged,which can meet the requirements of the specification,and the stress analysis is carried out on the floor around the sunken square.The analysis results show that the structure meets the requirements of the code after taking the above design measures,and it is safe and reliable.
