摘要
在基坑开挖过程中,如何有效地保证基坑的稳定性和周围环境的安全,是基坑工程中的关键问题。钢支撑作为一种强度高、安装方便的支护结构,被广泛应用于各类基坑工程中。文章结合工程实例,归纳总结了国内基坑工程中常用的几种钢支撑形式,包括钢管支撑结构、鱼腹梁钢支撑结构以及装配式型钢组合支撑结构。主要分析了型钢组合支撑的研究现状、应用现状、主要特点及存在的问题,采用液压千斤顶及其伺服系统实时动态补偿是装配式型钢组合支撑的显著特点。展望了基坑支护体系未来的发展趋势,为基坑支护体系的进一步研究以及应用提供了借鉴和参考。
During the process of foundation pit excavation,how to effectively ensure the stability of the foundation pit and the safety of the surrounding environment is a key issue in foundation pit engineering.Steel supports,as a support structure with high strength and easy installation,are widely used in various foundation pit projects.Combined with engineering examples,this paper summarizes several commonly used steel support forms in domestic foundation pit projects,including steel pipe support structures,fishbelly steel support structures,and fabricated steel composite support structures.It mainly analyzes the research status,application status,main characteristics,and existing problems of steel composite supports.The significant feature of fabricated steel composite supports is the real-time dynamic compensation using hydraulic jacks and their servo systems.This paper also looks forward to the future development trends of foundation pit support systems,providing a reference for further research and application of foundation pit support systems.
