东部地区真空预压法下厂房软基变形响应特性研究

摘要 应用真空预压法进行软基处理在不同场地具有一定特异性。为了明确东部地区软基真空处理方法的基本阈值,文章以东部地区某在建工业园区的厂房软基真空地基处理为对象,采用真空度及地表变形监测等原位测试方法,对园区软基变形特征开展研究。研究表明:区域内软基真空度-时间曲线主要有“阶梯”形和“L”形,“阶梯”形土体固结沉降远快于“L”形,前者所需时间较后者少2个月,其沉降主要受到岩性、孔隙比及含水率等影响。该研究成果在园区工业施工中应用良好,验证了研究的有效性,同时,对东部地区软基处理具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。 The vacuum preloading method has a certain specificity for soft foundation treatment in different sites.In order to clarify the basic threshold for vacuum treatment of soft foundation in the eastern coastal region,the vacuum foundation treatment of a factory building under construction in an industrial park in the eastern coastal region was taken as the object.In situ testing methods such as vacuum degree and surface deformation monitoring were used to study the deformation characteristics of the soft foundation in the park.Research has shown that the vacuum degree time curve of soft foundation in the region mainly has"step"and"L"shapes.The consolidation settlement of"step"type soil is much faster than that of"L"type,and the former requires 2 months less time than the latter.Its settlement is mainly affected by factors such as lithology,porosity,and water content.The research results have been well applied in industrial construction in industrial parks,verifying the effectiveness of the research.At the same time,it has certain reference and guidance significance for soft foundation treatment in the eastern areas.
