医院EPC工程项目的设计管理研究

Research on the Design Management of EPC Engineering Projects of Hospitals

EPC模式最显著的特点是充分发挥设计主导作用,在设计工作的安排上和以往的平行发包模式也有着较大区别。对于医院项目来说,设计质量关系到医院的医疗安全、服务质量、运营成本等多个目标的实现,是决定医疗项目优劣的最重要的因素。因此,文章从医院角度出发,以案例分析的方法,讨论和总结目前医院EPC项目中设计工作存在的普遍问题,提出医院方在设计管理工作中的关键作用和应对策略。

The most significant feature of the EPC mode is to give full play to the leading role of design,and the arrangement of design work is also very different from the parallel contract mode.For hospital projects,the design quality is related to many goals such as medical safety,service quality,and operating costs of the hospital,which is the most important factor affecting the quality of medical projects.Therefore,according to the perspective of the hospital,this paper discusses and summarizes the common problems existing in the current design work in the hospital EPC project through case analysis and puts forward the key role and response strategies of the hospital in the design management work.
