特殊大型目字形梁焊接技术开发研究

Development and research on welding technology for special large mesh shaped beams

对某国家重点工程第一次采用的高强、高拘束度厚板特殊大型目字形梁的焊接及变形控制措施进行了详细的阐述。从工程方案的设计开始,进行了一系列的分析研究,制定了有针对性的技术措施,并在实践中认真执行,取得了钢结构变形小、无任何裂纹产生,以及焊缝一次合格率为100%的成果。工程取得的成功经验对类似工程施工过程有一定的借鉴参考作用。

This project is a national key project,this paper describes in detail the welding and deformation control measures of the special large type beam with high strength and high lycium beam thickness used for the first time in China,starting from the design of the project scheme,a series of analysis and research were carried out,and specific technical measures were formulated and carried out in practice.The results show that the steel structure has little deformation,no cracks and 100%pass rate of weld.The successful experience of the project and the protective measures adopted in the limited space operation can be used for reference in the construction process of similar projects.
