摘要
为了促进瑜伽运动在安徽省高校的开展与普及,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等,对安徽省五所本科师范院校女大学生瑜伽学练现状进行了调查。结果表明:学生瑜伽学练的动机不强、学练的投入不足、学练的频率不够、学练的强度不大、学练的感受不深、学练的期待不高等是影响瑜伽练习的主要主观因素。另一方面,缺乏专业师资力量、缺少规范场地器材、缺欠权威课程教材是制约安徽省本科师范院校女大学生学练瑜伽的主要客观因素。鉴于此,对瑜伽运动在安徽省本科师范院校中的有效开展提出针对性的建议包括转变学生瑜伽运动认知、引入瑜伽审美教育内容、提高瑜伽教师业务能力、改善瑜伽课程教学环境、重视瑜伽课程育人作用等。
In order to promote the development and popularization of yoga in colleges and universities in Anhui province,the current situation of female yoga students in five normal colleges in Anhui Province was investigated by means of literature data,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.The results show that the main subjective factors affect students’weak motivation to learn and practice,insufficient investment in learning and practice,and the main subjective factors for female students to practice yoga in Anhui Province.Objectively,the lack of yoga professional teachers,the lack of standardized site equipment,and the lack of authoritative course materials are the main objective factors restricting female students in normal universities in Anhui Province.In view of this,some targeted suggestions are put forward for the effective development of yoga exercise in undergraduate normal colleges in Anhui Province:including changing students’cognition of yoga exercise,introducing yoga aesthetic education content,improving the professional ability of yoga teachers,improving the teaching environment of yoga courses,and paying attention to the educational role of yoga courses.
