数字化转型赋能民族地区职业教育高质量发展的技术逻辑

Technical Logic of Digital Transformation Empowering the High-quality Development of Vocational Education in Ethnic Areas

摘要 数字化转型作为一种以技术创新为内核的社会变革现象,在推进民族地区职业教育高质量发展的过程中遵循着技术赋能的理性逻辑。民族地区职业教育高质量发展意指民族地区职业教育在质量与效益两个维度上达到优质状态,并更为突显以人为本的教育理念,更加关注教育可持续发展的治理过程。据此,数字化转型锚定民族地区职业教育高质量建设的内容要素,遵循以数字在场为技术前提、以人的逻辑为技术边界、以区域适配为技术条件的技术原则,通过技术联动与技术强教育的赋能机制,实现民族地区职业教育在育人品质、资源聚集、优化治理、跨界服务等维度的高质量发展。未来,要在恪守数字技术规范的基础上,通过搭建集成数据平台、强化数字协同治理等数字技术赋能策略,全面推进民族地区职业教育的高质量发展。 As a social transformation phenomenon with technological innovation as the core,digital transformation follows the rational logic of technology empowerment in the process of promoting the high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic areas.The high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic areas means that vocational education in ethnic areas should achieve a high-quality state in the two dimensions of quality and efficiency.It also highlights the people-oriented education concept and prioritize the governance process of sustainable development of education.Accordingly,the digital transformation anchors the content elements of the high-quality construction of vocational education in ethnic areas.It follows the technical principles of digital presence as the technical premise,human logic as the technical boundary and regional adaptation as the technical condition.Through the empowerment mechanism of technology linkage and technology-enforced education,the high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic areas in the dimensions of education quality,resource aggregation,optimized governance and cross-border service can be realized.In the future,on the basis of abiding by the digital technology standards,we should comprehensively promote the high-quality development of vocational education in ethnic areas by building the digital technology empowering platform and strengthening digital collaborative governance.
