发展新质生产力视域下民族地区职业教育改革路向

Reform Direction of Vocational Education in Ethnic Areas under the Perspective of Developing New Quality Productive Force

摘要 职业教育对民族地区新质生产力发展具有“基础的中部和下部”支撑作用,是民族地区实现高质量发展的必然选择。基于新质生产力发展对外界提出的产业、科技、人才和绿色理念等维度的本体性诉求,职业教育助力新质生产力发展的可为阈度以及民族地区产业和职业教育的实然状况,推进民族地区职业教育改革必须坚持融合性、超越式、特色化、数智化、联动性的发展逻辑,因地制宜地构建与民族地区社会实然高度自洽的职业教育发展模式和进阶取向。实践中,要推进“四链融合”,把职业教育融入“新质产业”发展;要深化教学改革,培养适应产业需求的“新质技能人才”;要突出研发驱动,汇入“新质创新”链条;强化思想护航,营造“新质文化”氛围;树立全局思维,构建“新质发展”机制。 Vocational education plays a fundamental supporting role in the development of new-quality productive forces in ethnic areas,and it is an inevitable choice for these areas to achieve high-quality development.Based on the ontological demands from the development of new quality productive forces towards the outside world of industry,science and technology,talents and green concept,the threshold of vocational education helping the development of new quality productive forces and the actual situation of industrial and vocational education in ethnic areas,to promote the reform of vocational education in ethnic areas requires the adherence towards the development logic of integration,transcendence,characteristic,digital intelligence and linkage.We should adapt measures to local conditions to construct a highly consistent vocational education development mode and advanced orientation with the society in ethnic areas.In practice,it is necessary to promote the"integration of four chains"and integrate vocational education into the development of"new-quality industries";it is necessary to deepen teaching reforms to cultivate"new-quality sklled talents"that meet industrial needs;it is necessary to highlight research and development drive and integrate it into the'new-quality innovation"chain;it is necessary to strengthen ideological escort and create a"new-quality cultural"atmosphere;it is necessary to establish an overall perspective to build a"new-quality development"mechanism.
