高质量发展背景下高校教学管理的实践反思与优化路径

Reflection on Practice and Optimization Pathways for University Teaching Management under the Background of High-Quality Development

摘要 高质量发展背景下的高校教学管理面临着变革挑战,传统的教学管理工作体系和工作模式已无法满足现阶段的发展需求,对其进行实践反思和路径优化是推动高等教育事业高质量发展、促进高水平人才产出的必然要求。高校应结合高质量发展背景,遵循教学管理工作内在逻辑,理清变革思路,从确立管理目标体系、丰富管理参与主体、构建协同管理机制、更新管理工具、加强管理创新等方面入手,推动形成科学、有序、高效的教学管理新样态。 Under the background of high-quality development,university teaching management faces transformative challenges,and the traditional teaching management work system and work mode can no longer meet the current stage of development needs.Reflecting on practice and optimizing the path is an inevitable requirement to promote the high-quality development of higher education and foster the production of high-level talents.Universities should combine the background of high-quality development,follow the internal logic of teaching management work,clarify the ideas of change,and start from establishing a management goal system,enriching management participants,constructing a collaborative management mechanism,updating management tools,and strengthening management innovation to promote the formation of a new pattern of scientific,orderly,and efficient teaching management.
