摘要
科研评价改革对提升“双高”建设学校科研创新能力、推动高职学校综合改革、提高人才培养质量具有重要意义。“双高计划”视域下高职学校在科研评价导向、评价理念、评价形式等方面还存在一些困境。高职学校科研评价改革应秉持科学、合理的价值取向,通过更新评价理念、改善评价导向、注重科研反哺、鼓励科研创新等形式,引领教师为学校高质量发展做出更有针对性的贡献。
The reform of scientific research evaluation is of great significance for improving the scientific research innovation ability of“Double-high”construction schools,promoting the comprehensive reform of higher vocational schools,and enhancing the quality of personnel training.Under the perspective of the“Double-high Plan”,higher vocational schools still face some difficulties in terms of scientific research evaluation orientation,evaluation concept,and evaluation form.The reform of scientific research evaluation in higher vocational schools should uphold a scientific and reasonable value orientation,and guide teachers to make more targeted contributions to the high-quality development of the school by renewing the evaluation concept,improving the evaluation orientation,paying attention to research feedback,encouraging scientific research innovation,and other measures.
