协同理论视角下“双师型”教师专业发展路径研究

摘要 “双师型”教师专业发展是提升职业学校教师质量的重要举措,更是建设“双师型”教师队伍的有力保障。协同理论所研究的对象及其开放性、非线性、协同性的特性,与“双师型”教师专业发展系统具有高度的契合性,在协同理论的观照下,从“双师型”教师的内部协同与国家的方针指导、社会的环境烘托、企业的资源助力以及职业院校的精细管理的外部协同中促进“双师型”教师专业发展。 The professional development of“double-qualified”teachers is an important measure to improve the quality of teachers in vocational schools,and it is also a favorable guarantee for building a“doublequalified”teacher team.The object studied by Collaborative Theory and its open,non-linear and collaborative characteristics are highly compatible with the“double-qualified”teacher professional development system.Under the perspective of collaborative theory,promote the professional development of“double-qualified”teacher from the internal coordination of“double-qualified”teacher and the national guidelines,the social environment,the resource assistance of enterprises,and the external coordination of the fine management of vocational colleges.
