高职院校学生职业核心素养培养研究

Research on the cultivation of vocational core competencies for vocational college students

加强学生核心素养培养是高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的一项重要举措,是适应世界职业教育改革发展趋势、提升高等职业教育国际竞争力的迫切需要。从高职学生职业核心素养培养的意义出发,参考当前国际国内的研究结果,确立职业核心素养主要内容,探讨高职院校学生职业核心素养的三个有效培养策略,即指向高职学生职业核心素养培养的主体协同、机制革新和体系优化。

Strengthening the cultivation of students'core competencies is an important measure for vocational colleges to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents.It is an urgent need to adapt to the global trend of vocational education reform and development and enhance the international competitiveness of vocational education in higher education institutions.Starting from the significance of cultivating vocational core competencies for vocational college students,referring to current international and domestic research results,this paper establishes the main content of vocational core competencies,and then comprehensively analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of vocational core competencies for vocational college students as a whole.It explores three effective cultivation strategies for vocational core competencies for vocational college students,namely,the main body coordination,mechanism innovation,and system optimization of vocational core competency cultivation for vocational college students.
