老化处理纸张用于古籍修复用补纸的研究

摘要 本研究对竹纸、构皮纸等古籍修复常用手工纸进行紫外光、干热、湿热等条件组合的人工加速老化实验。结果表明,紫外光老化与150℃干热老化组合使用可使实验纸样在300 h内显著变色,接近古籍书叶颜色。老化过程会使纸张酸度增大,使用弱碱性饮用水浸泡可使酸度降低至近中性。与颜色近似的古籍书叶相比,实验纸样的纤维保存状态可能更好,但某些情况如古籍书叶污染而变深色时,同色实验纸样纤维保存状态可能更差。老化实验纸张在光、热条件下的颜色稳定性好于传统染色纸张。 In this study,the UV light,dry heat,damp heat accelerated aging experiment and other conditions were combined to accelerate the aging of bamboo paper,structure paper and other commonly used handmade paper for the restoration of ancient books.The results showed that the aging process would increase the acidity of the paper,and the acidity could be reduced to nearly neutral by soaking in weakly alkaline water.Compared with ancient book of similar color,the preservation state of experimental paper samples might be better,but in some cases,such as ancient book polluted and darkened,the preservation state of experimental paper samples of the same color might be worse.The color stability of aging test paper under light and heat conditions was better than that of traditional dyed paper.
