摘要
为满足锂贮备电池高比能、高功率和快激活性能同时兼顾的要求,开发了新型锂铬基金属氧化物贮备电池,并开展了正极、负极、隔膜、电解液、真空度和激活时间对激活性能的影响研究。采用多孔导电剂、高孔隙率无纺布基隔膜和低粘度高润湿电解液等新型材料和改进设计,可显著提升新型锂贮备电池在较短激活时间下的大倍率放电能力。基于改进后的方案制备了贮备式锂铬基金属氧化物电池模块,在激活时间1 min的条件下,1 C放电比能量达264.49 Wh/kg,并具备5 C持续放电5 min的大倍率放电能力。
In order to meet the requirements of high specific energy,high power and fast activation performance of lithium reserve battery,a new type of lithium chromium oxide reserve battery was developed.The effects of positive electrode,negative electrode,diaphragm,electrolyte,vacuum degree and activation time on activation properties were studied.Using new materials and improved design,such as porous conductive agent,high porosity separator and low viscosity high wetting electrolyte,the high rate discharge ability of the new lithium reserve battery could be significantly improved under short activation time.Based on the improved scheme,a reserve lithium chromium oxide battery module was prepared.Under the condition of activation time of 1 min,the specific energy can reach 264.49 Wh/kg at 5C,and can be discharged continuously for 5 min at 5C.
