摘要
【目的】解决农作物耕种环节的机器化问题,优化设计播种机的功能结构,使其能够适应不同农作物和土壤条件,实现精准种植。【方法】通过查阅和整理相关领域的文献,结合当前农业技术创新的研究进展、发展趋势以及可能的影响机制,设计了一款多功能耕种机,详细介绍了该机构的除草装置、翻地装置、播种装置及履带装置,并对其进行了3D建模。【结果】通过研究对比传统种植方法与该创新技术,本设计可以使作物显著增产,提升资源利用效率,且经济效益显著。【结论】该多功能耕种机具有机械化和一体化的特点,但是该机器车身较长,后续可加入喷药装置、撒化肥装置等其他机器,使种地更加省时省力。本研究可为现代农业发展提供有力的技术支持,并为其他农业机械化装备的设计提供参考和借鉴。
[Objective]To solve the problem of mechanization in crop cultivation,optimize the functional structure of the seeder,and enable it to adapt to different crop and soil conditions,achieving precise planting.[Method]By reviewing and organizing relevant literature in the field,combined with the current research progress,development trends,and possible impact mechanisms of agricultural technology innovation,a multifunctional tiller was designed.The weeding device,plowing device,sowing device,and track device of the mechanism were introduced in detail,and 3D modeling was carried out.[Result]By comparing traditional planting methods with this innovative technology,this design can significantly increase crop yield,improve resource utilization efficiency,and achieve significant economic benefits.[Conclusion]This multifunctional tiller has the characteristics of mechanization and integration,but its body is relatively long,and other machines such as spraying devices and fertilizer spraying devices can be added in the future to make farming more time-saving and labor-saving.This study can provide strong technical support for the development of modern agriculture and provide reference and inspiration for the design of other agricultural mechanization equipment.
