摘要
针对轨道交通数字化所面临的整体业务架构、流程设计、数据治理、算法模型、组织架构适配、多系统融合等方面的挑战,基于工务维修管理数据采集、数据传输与存储、数据分析、数据应用、检修作业等环节的核心问题,探究各环节存在的痛点和需求点。通过梳理研究工务维修管理业务主线和数字化转型总体架构,提出“检查、分析、计划、作业、验收”五环节的转型方案,重点研究检测监测、传输、定位、关系图谱算法、数字孪生等核心技术,以助力工务维修管理转型。研究表明,工务维修管理数字化转型涵盖工务业务全流程、全要素、全项目,可实现工务业务移动化、线上化、协同化、可视化、自动化,赋能业务中台,助力生产力布局和生产流程优化,实现维修方式变革。
Based on the digital transformation challenges faced by rail transit,the data closed-loop analysis method is adopted,which connects the data collection,data transmission,data analysis,data application,and maintenance operations in a closed-loop manner to identify the current pain points and demand points.Based on this,we sorted out and studied the main business of track work maintenance management and the overall architecture of digital transformation.Digitization focuses on improving and upgrading the five points of"inspection,analysis,planning,operation,and acceptance".We researched and proposed corresponding transformation directions for the pain points of each one to support digital transformation,with focus on core technologies such as detection and monitoring,transmission technology,positioning technology,relation graph algorithms,and digital twins.Research has shown that the digital transformation of track work maintenance management should cover the entire process,elements,and projects of track work business.It is necessary to closely follow the main business of processes,study the value indicators for measuring digital transformation,achieve the mobility,online transform,collaboration,visualization,and automation of track work business,empower the business center,assist in productivity arrangement and production process optimization,and realize the transformation of maintenance methods.In the future,digital information technology and operation scenarios will be deeply integrated,achieving top-down planning and bottom-up implementation,steadily advancing based on the streamlining of business processes.
