摘要
培育新质生产力是加快石油化工产业升级转型,实现高质量发展的关键路径。立足石化产业发展态势和人才需求新标准,以面向产业、面向需求、面向过程和面向技术为导向,提出了高职石油化工专业的改造路径:升级人才培养目标定位,匹配特色化和适应性高端技术技能人才要求;优化“石油+”课程布局,推进立体式协同性课程体系建设;创新线上线下混合、虚实融合、内外结合多维教学模式,创设开放灵活教学形态;搭建立体化资源平台,融合数字化信息技术,对专业进行改造升级,形成行业发展—技术引领—人才培养—产业服务的闭环。
Cultivating new quality productivity is essential for accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the petrochemical industry and achieving high-quality development.In response to the evolving landscape of the petrochemical sector and the new standards for talent cultivation,the Petrochemical program in higher vocational education aims to meet current needs and address professional challenges through four transformative pathways:industry-oriented,demand-oriented,process-oriented,and technology-oriented.This approach involves upgrading talent training objectives to align with the requirements for distinctive and adaptable high-end technical and skilled professionals,optimizing the"Petroleum+"curriculum layout while promoting a comprehensive collaborative curriculum system,innovating a multi-dimensional teaching model that integrates online and offline instruction,combines virtual and real-world experiences,and fosters internal and external collaboration to create an open and flexible teaching paradigm,and establishing a three-dimensional resource platform that incorporates digital information technology.Through these efforts,the program has transformed and upgraded,forming a closed loop that connects industry development,technological leadership,talent cultivation,and industrial services,thereby providing a reference for the upgrading and transformation of local characteristic petrochemical programs.
