脉冲激光模拟单粒子效应试验技术述评

摘要 对近十年开展的脉冲激光单粒子效应试验技术进行了述评,指出脉冲激光模拟试验技术具有一定的优势和特点,与重离子模拟试验手段相比,方便易用,试验费用低。总结分析了近十年实验室开展的单粒子效应脉冲激光模拟试验技术研究工作,介绍了电子器件及集成电路单粒子效应激光模拟试验研究结果,对采用脉冲激光模拟单粒子效应试验获得的试验数据与重离子实验数据的等效性进行了比对分析。基于大量试验研究工作,建立了单粒子效应实验室模拟试验及加固评估的手段和方法,使单粒子效应激光模拟试验系统在加固评估中得到应用;试验研究表明,单粒子效应激光模拟系统可以确定单粒子敏感区、敏感参数、翻转截面获取及电子系统故障注入等,为航天器空间辐射效应模拟及加固设计验证开辟了新的技术途径和方法。 In this paper,pulsed laser induced single event effect test technology developed in the science and technology on vacuum technology and physics laboratory in recent ten years is reviewed.It is pointed out that the technology of pulsed laser induced single event effect has advantages and characteristics to a certain extent.Compared with the heavy ion induced single event effect,it is convenient and easy to use,and the test cost is low.This paper summarizes and analyzes the research work on the pulsed laser simulation technology of single event effect carried out in our laboratory in the past ten years,and introduces the results of the simulation experiments of electronic devices and integrated circuits.The equivalence of the experimental data obtained by single event effects with pulsed laser and the experimental data of heavy ions is compared and analyzed,The means and methods of the single event effect laboratory simulation test and the reinforcement evaluation are established,so that the single event effect laser test system is applied in the hardness evaluation,the single event effect laser simulation system can determine the single event sensitive region,sensitive parameters,cross section acquisition,and electronic system fault injection,etc.The simulation of space radiation effect and the verification of reinforcement design of spacecraft have opened up a new technical way and method.
