基于中西医临床病证特点的肺结核动物模型分析

Animal Models of Pulmonary Tuberculosis Based on the Characteristics of Clinical Symptoms in Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine:An Analysis

本文依据肺结核患者的临床病证特点,通过查询以知网、PubMed为主的数据库,对肺结核中西医动物模型进行总结。在肺结核临床病证的基础上分析动物模型与中西医临床病症的吻合度,分析不同造模方法的优缺点,并为中西医病证动物模型提供建议和思路。总结发现:现有肺结核动物模型主要以西医临床指标为主,如:咯血症状和肺组织病理呈现干酪样坏死,甚少与中医肺痨的辨证分型相结合。在动物模型中未见肺痨中医临床病证的造模方法。

Based on the characteristics of clinical symptoms of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis,this paper summarized the animal models of pulmonary tuberculosis in traditional Chinese and western medicine by retrieving databases such as China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)and PubMed.Based on the clinical symptoms of pulmonary tuberculosis,the fitness of animal models with clinical symptoms in traditional Chinese and western medicine was analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages of different modeling methods were analyzed,and suggestions and ideas for animal models of symptoms in traditional Chinese and western medicine were provided.It was found that the current animal models of pulmonary tuberculosis were mainly based on clinical indicators of western medicine,such as hemoptysis symptoms and caseous necrosis of lung histopathology,which were rarely combined with the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation of tuberculosis.In animal models,no modeling method for TCM clinical symptoms of tuberculosis was found.
