摘要
目的运用文献计量法对机械通气肺损伤相关文献进行可视化图谱分析,为相关研究提供新的研究思路。方法检索中国知网数据库中1992年1月~2023年8月有关机械通气肺损伤的文献,使用CiteSpace对收集文献的作者、研究单位、关键词进行可视化图谱分析。结果最终纳入文献1010篇,最早始于1992年,核心作者有姚尚龙、张新日、冯丹、邱海波、俞森洋等;研究热点涉及机械通气、肺损伤、呼吸、人工等,近年来突现的研究热点有甲泼尼龙、炎症等。结论围绕机械通气展开的关于肺损伤发生分子机制的研究始终是研究的热点,但团队之间的合作还有待加强。
Objectivee To analyze the visual map of the related research on mechanical ventilation lung injury,the literature metrology method was used,which provided new research ideas for related research.Methods Literatureson mechanical ventilation-induced lung injury from January 1992 to August 2023 were retrieved from CNKI database.CiteSpace was used to analyze the authors,research units and keywords of the collected literatures.Results A totalof 1010 articles were finally included,which began in 1992.The core authors were Yao Shanglong,Zhang Xinri,FengDan,Qiu Haibo,Yu Senyang,et al.The research hotspots involve mechanical ventilation,lung injury,respiration,artificialand so on.In recent years,the emerging research hotspots include methylprednisolone,inflammation and so on.ConclusionThe research on the molecular mechanism of lung injury around mechanical ventilation has always been a researchhotspot,but the cooperation between the teams needs to be strengthened.
