LncRNA MALAT1在胃癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理特征和预后关系的研究

Expression of LncRNA MALAT1 in gastric cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis

目的探讨胃癌(gastric cancer,GC)组织中长链非编码RNA-肺腺癌转移相关转录因子1(long non-coding RNA-metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1,LncRNA MALAT1)表达水平与患者临床病理特征及生存时间的关系及意义。方法选取2017年1月~2021年3月在复旦大学附属中山医院青浦分院进行胃癌手术的53例患者,采用实时荧光定量PCR检测胃癌组织及癌旁组织中LncRNA MALAT1表达水平,并分析其与胃癌患者临床病理特征及预后之间的关系。结果LncRNA MALAT1在胃癌组织中表达水平显著高于癌旁组织,差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。胃癌组织中LncRNA MALAT1表达水平与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移及病理分期有关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。生存分析显示胃癌组织LncRNA MALAT1的表达与患者总生存时间相关(P<0.05)。结论LncRNA MALAT1的高表达与胃癌的的临床病理特征及预后密切相关,对胃癌的基因靶向治疗具有一定的指导意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship of long non-coding RNA-metastasis associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(LncRNA MALAT1)expression level in gastric cancer(GC)tissues with clinicopathological features and survival time of patients and its significance.Methods A total of 53 patients with gastric cancer who underwent surgery in Qingpu Branch of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from January 2017 to March 2021 were selected.Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the expression level of LncRNA MALAT1 in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues,and the relationship between LncRNA MALAT1 and clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of gastric cancer patients was analyzed.Results The expression level of LncRNA MALAT1 in gastric cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues(P=0.002).LncRNA MALAT1 expression level in gastric cancer tissues was correlated with the depth of tumor invasion,lymph node metastasis and pathological stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Survival analysis showed that the expression of LncRNA MALAT1 in gastric cancer tissues was correlated with the overall survival time of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The high expression of LncRNA MALAT1 is closely related to the clinicopathological features and prognosis of gastric cancer,which has certain guiding significance for gene targeted therapy of gastric cancer.
