摘要
从时间维度梳理了管制员英语熟练度需求提出的时代背景与时间线,然后以国际民航组织Doc.9835文件和我国管制员英语等级测试要求为基础,阐述了管制员英语熟练度6个能力金字塔结构与我国管制员英语等级测试主要题型及时长;以管制员英语学习与备考中经常出现的3个问题为切入点,详细分析了管制员英语熟练度在语法、词汇和发音不同级别之间的差异性以及语言习得方法,创新性地提出了面对空管话题的4种回答范式,可以在一定程度上帮助管制员提高应对管制员英语等级测试的能力,从根本上提升管制员英语熟练度。
The paper sorts out the era background and time line of the demand for air traffic con-trollers'English proficiency from the temporal perspective and elaborates on the pyramid structure of six skills in air traffic controllers'English proficiency,the test structure and time length of Air Traffic Controller English Test System in China based on the ICAO Doc.9835 and air traffic controller English test in China.Starting from three common questions in the English learning and test preparation of air traffic controllers,the paper analyzes the differences in the English proficiency of controllers among different levels of structure,vocabulary and pronunciation and language acquisition methods,creatively proposes four answer paradigms for air traffic control topics,which can assist air traffic controllers to improve their performance in air traffic controller English test and fundamentally improve the air traffic controllers'English proficiency.
