摘要
在技术标准规定(CTSO)产品的适航审定时,申请人需提供证据表明产品符合适航标准要求。本文结合《技术标准规定项目批准书合格审定程序》(AP-21-AA-2020-12)的适航审定流程和实际的审查经验,针对CTSO产品申请人适用符合性矩阵表明CTSO和最低性能标准要求的符合性的不足之处,介绍了符合性矩阵的基本组成,提出了产品在审定计划确认阶段和最终全面审查阶段的符合性矩阵的推荐形式,为CTSO产品适航取证表明符合性的工作提供借鉴。
When the airworthiness of a Technical Standard Order(CTSO)product is certified,the applicant is required to provide evidence that the product meets the requirement of the CTSO.Based on airworthiness certification process of China Civil Technical Standard Order Authorization Certification Procedures(AP-21-AA-2020-12)and actual review experience,this paper introduces the basic composition of the compliance matrix for CTSO product applicants,aiming at the shortcomings of applying the conformity matrix to show the conformity between CTSO and the minimum performance standard requirement and proposes the recommended form of the conformity matrix of the product in the confirmation stage of the certification plan and the final comprehensive review stage,which provides a reference for the work of CTSO product airworthiness certification to show the conformity.
