“00后”大学生作为短视频重度使用群体之一,其精神状态、行为习惯、判断能力等均受到了短视频的深刻影响。短视频泛娱乐化对大学生奋斗精神的培育产生强烈冲击,短视频泛娱乐化侵蚀了大学生奋斗精神培育的网络环境、消解了大学生对奋斗精神传统美德的认同、弱化了大学生应树立的积极进取的社会主流价值、解构了大学生身实践的务实精神。在短视频泛娱乐化背景下探索大学生奋斗精神培育的途径需要树立“大思政”理念,具体而言要创新新时代思想政治工作、要营造良好的大学生奋斗精神培育的短视频网络教育环境、要提升大学生网络辨别能力、创新大学生奋斗精神培育方式。
