Comprehensively Promoting the Development of New Quality Productive Forces:Foundations,Advantages,and Paths

本文结合学习习近平总书记关于发展新质生产力的系列重要论述,探讨了新质生产力的发展基础,总结了我国发展新质生产力的优势,即社会主义制度的显著优越性、科技创新成果丰硕、市场规模大且体系健全,以及人才培养体系健全,并提出全面推进发展新质生产力的创新路径:坚持中国特色社会主义制度,做好顶层设计;加大科技创新,培育发展新动能;拓宽市场需求,优化产业结构;加快教育改革,培养所需人才。

Combined with the study of Xi Jinping's important discussion on the development of new quality productive forces,this paper summarizes the advantages of developing the new quality productivity:the significant superiority of the socialist system,fruitful scientific and technological innovation,sound market scale system and talent training system.Then this paper puts forward an innovative path to comprehensively promote the development of the new quality productivity:adhering to the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,doing a good job in top-level design;Increase technological innovation and cultivate new driving forces for development;Expand market demand and optimize industrial structure;Accelerate education reform and cultivate the required talents.
