摘要
介绍了轨道车辆风源系统常见的润滑油乳化现象。分析了风源系统润滑油乳化的原因,如温控阀选型错误、空气过滤器不合格、风源系统运转率较低等。针对风源系统润滑油乳化问题提出解决方案,并通过大量的跟踪验证,寻得了切实有效的思路和方法,保证了风源系统的使用状态,延长了使用寿命,并提高其运行可靠性。
The paper introduces the common phenomenon of lubricating oil emulsification in the air source system of rail vehicles and analyzes the reasons such as incorrect selection of temperature control valves,unqualified air filters,and low operating rates of the air sourcessystemW.e proposed a solution for the emulsification of lubricating oil in the air source system,and found practical and effective ideas and methods through extensive tracking and verification,which ensure the using status of the air source system,extend its service life,and improve its operational reliability.
