论内外物资与货币两大系统间的交叉对应效应——外汇收支与国民经济综合平衡

On the Cross-correspondence Effect Between Monetary System and Material System Home and Abroad--The Comprehensive Balance between Foreign Exchange Receipts and Payments with the National Economy

在开放型经济体系中,国内物资系统、货币系统与国外物资系统、货币系统间存在一种相互交叉对应效应。文章通过论述外汇收支与社会再生产之间的关系,从理论上说明外汇收支自身平衡及其对综合平衡的重要性。在此基础上,提出国内国外两大系统间的交叉对应效应问题,最后又从外汇收支对国民经济综合平衡的作用和影响的角度,从实践上进一步论证国内国外两大系统间的交叉对应效应。

In the open economic system,there is a cross-correspondence effect between the domestic material system and monetary system and the foreign material system and monetary system.By discussing the relationship between foreign exchange receipts and payments and social reproduction,this paper theoretically illustrates the self-balance of foreign exchange receipts and expenditures and its importance to comprehensive balance.On this basis,the cross-correspondence effect between the domestic and foreign systems is proposed,and finally the cross-correspondence effect between the two major domestic and foreign systems is further demonstrated in practice from the perspective of the role and influence of foreign exchange receipts and payments on the comprehensive balance of the national economy.
