摘要
建设韧性城市、提升城市韧性是世界各国发展中关注的重点和焦点。文章基于京津冀城市群14座城市的统计数据,通过文献计量法和熵权-TOPSIS方法构建评价指标体系并进行综合评价,运用NCA与fs QCA结合的方法,探索京津冀城市群城市韧性建设的组态路径。研究发现,城市经济韧性是建设高水平韧性城市的必要条件;城市经济韧性和城市社会韧性是制约高水平韧性城市建设的主要瓶颈;实现京津冀城市群城市韧性建设存在两条路径,分别对应生态型韧性城市和工程型韧性城市。
Building resilient cities and improving urban resilience are the focus of the development of countries around the world.Based on the statistical data of 14 cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster,this paper constructs an evaluation index system and conducts comprehensive evaluation by using the bibliometric method and entropy weight-TOPSIS method,and uses the combination of NCA and fsQCA to explore the configuration path of urban resilience construction in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster.It is found that urban economic resilience is a necessary condition for building a high-level resilient city.Urban economic resilience and urban social resilience are the main bottlenecks restricting the construction of high-level resilient cities.There are two ways to realize the urban resilience construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei city cluster,corresponding to the ecological resilient city and the engineering resilient city.
