摘要
以JY27467系列网络差分电连接器的接触件为研究对象,对接触件分离力的影响因素进行了分析和试验研究。首先,从力学角度进行了接触件分离力的理论计算和模拟仿真,说明接触件的收口径向尺寸是保证分离力的关键参数。从用户使用角度,进行了插拔、万用表测试、振动力学等试验验证,说明装联和使用的方法不当会导致接插件失效。最后根据试验结果,提出了如何正确使用该类接插件的建议。
Taking the network differential connector of JY27467 series as the research object,the factors affecting the separation force of the contacts are analyzed and tested.At first,the theoretical calculation and ANSYS simulation of the separation force of the contacts are carried out,which shows that the radial dimension of the contact parts is the key parameter to ensure the separation force.Then,from the user’s view,experimental verifications such as plug-in,multimeter test and vibration test have been carried out.The results show that improper assembly and use methods will cause contact failure.At last,according to the experimental results,some suggestions on how to use this type of connector correctly are put forward.
