RNA m6A修饰在女性生殖系统肿瘤中的作用及其影响因素的研究进展

摘要 N6-甲基腺苷甲基化(m6A)是真核生物RNA最常见的表观转录后修饰方式之一。在RNA甲基转移酶、去甲基化酶及其结合蛋白的共同作用下,m6A修饰动态可逆地调控mRNA、lncRNA和miRNA等多种RNA的代谢过程,与女性生殖系统肿瘤的发生与发展密切相关。笔者综述了m6A RNA甲基化修饰的概念、功能、在女性生殖系统肿瘤中的调控机制及其与外源环境因素之间的关联,以期为m6A靶向的女性生殖系统肿瘤的预防及干预提供新思路。 N6-methyladenosine methylation(m6A)is one of the most common epigenetic post-transcriptional modifications of eukaryotic RNA.Under the joint action of RNA methyltransferases,demethylases and their binding proteins,m6A modifications dynamically and reversibly regulate the metabolic processes of mRNA,lncRNA and miRNA,which are closely related to the occurrence and development of female reproductive system tumors.In the present paper,the concept,function and regulatory mechanism of m6A RNA methylation modification in female reproductive system tumors and its association with exogenous environmental factors were reviewed in detail,for providing new ideas for the prevention and itervention m6A-targeted female reproductive system tumors.
